Meta U Internship: Android Product Foundations

I interned at Meta (Meta U, Android track) from May 2022 to August 2022.

This experience sharpened my Android product development skills through practical builds and deadlines.

I worked on:

• FoodMates: an Android app for recipe discovery.
• A mock Instagram app with Parse backend patterns.
• A mock Twitter app integrating Twitter API workflows.
• A movie-rating app project.

The biggest takeaway was learning to deliver mobile features under real quality expectations while staying consistent with project timelines.

FoodMates became one of my anchor portfolio projects and remains publicly available on my GitHub.
